Professional Journey: Working in various engine manufacturing companies since 1994 Playing challenging roles in vendor development. Having vast experience in sourcing, purchasing, and supplier quality. I am currently working for a multinational engine manufacturing company. Passionate about social responsibility activities like organ donation awareness and river rejuvenation projects. Closely working and leading REAT from bottom of my heart.

Professional Journey: Service done in the Mechanical Industry for one year after graduation Then I shifted my career to the civil construction business. Given service to various government departments like PWD, irrigation, PMC, Pune University, and MSEB.
I am also working for the Aero Sports Association, which brings awareness to children’s minds about adventure sports and the aviation industry. Done various aeromodelling air shows in around 54 cities.  I am closely working with the REAT team for the rural school’s students on the “Lab on Wheel Project” wholeheartedly.

Professional Journey: With 29+ years of combined experience in SAP and manufacturing, I lead SAP Managed Services for global clients in different domains, delivering value-driven solutions and fostering innovation and automation. I hold an Executive Education in Accelerated General Management Program from IIM Ahmedabad, one of the premier business schools in India, and a Bachelor degree in Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli.
Always believe in “Be the change you want in the surroundings” and love to spend time with positive energy on social causes and improve the infrastructure in rural areas.

Professional Journey: Graduated in 1994 from Walchand College Of Engineering, with 13 years of experience in Mechanical, Chemical & Media Industry & 16+ years of experience in IT industry. Having experience at various levels of management. Travelled across world to manage various IT transformation programs. Currently living in Melbourne Australia.

Professional Journey: I have been in the IT industry for close to three decades. I had the privilege of working for Oracle, JP Morgan Chase, stemly.ai, and Addepar, spanning the spectrum of large enterprises to seed-stage startups and building enterprise products and businesses.

Professional Journey: I worked as a trainee engineer at MSEB. I joined as a lecturer in electronics engineering at the Institute of Civil and Rural Engineering, Gargoti, Govt. Aided Institute, in 1995. In February 2005, I was appointed Head of Department, a position I hold to this day. ISTE, New Delhi, received the Best Polytechnic Teacher Award for Maharashtra State in 2005. I worked as principal on a lien at Vidya Pratishthan Polytechnic, Indapur, in 2009–10 and also at the parent institute in 2017–18.I have been working with rural youth for the last 28 years.

Professional Journey: IT professional with 16+ years of experience with a leading Indian software services company in managing telecom software development and testing projects for global telecom customers from Europe and the USA. I also worked as a freelance software consultant for a few years. I am a fitness enthusiast with passion for trekking, running and cycling and have run many half marathons and full marathons like Satara Hill Marathon, Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM), etc

Professional Journey: After having served in the elite Indian Air Force in the Missile Division for 8 years and working as a senior manager in the IT sector with HCL (1.5 years) and IBM (8.5 years), I left my lucrative career in IT to come back to India and teach robotics to children in Kolhapur. I am the founder director of Qurious Mind, which provides robotics education for school and engineering students.
Being a teacher at heart, REAT is very close to me.

Professional Journey: As a Computer Engineer and Technologist, for the last 3 decades I have worked with US/UK-based MNC product companies like Cyber Media, McAfee, Veritas, Servista, NetApp, IBM ISL in building enterprise-class products in the space of security, server virtualization, storage virtualization, and hybrid cloud. I love learning new things and helping and teaching others.

Professional Journey: I embarked on a career in the electronics manufacturing industry and spent a couple of years before transitioning to the IT sector, where I spent over two and a half decades delivering cutting-edge IT solutions to clients in India, the UK and the USA. My passion for rural education stems from witnessing the struggles of economically disadvantaged students, particularly in rural areas, during my own school days. This firsthand experience ignited a sense of responsibility within me to give back to society, especially to rural students, by bridging the educational gap between rural and urban areas.

Professional Journey: IT professional with 25 years of experience managing HiTech deliveries across Europe,South Africa, and the USA. I help organizations in HiTech Manufacturing, Gaming, Utility Services, Mining and Oil and Gas sectors in their Digital Transformation journey
I am a psychologist, a certified coach, and a mentor in organizations, helping to build and shape talent in a holistic way.

Professional Journey: I graduated as a computer science engineer in 1994 from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli.  I started my career as a software engineer in Datapro, Pune and then worked in the USA for 6 years with Bell-Labs, Lucent Technologies.  I have been based in Bangalore for the last 20 years, working in the telecom and IP networking areas as a product manager at Nokia. 
I am socially active, supporting various philanthropic activities, and very proud to be associated with REAT.​

Professional Journey: I have 30 years of industry experience. The first 15 years I worked with German multinational company to automate leading steel processing plants in India and various countries In the EMEA region. The next 15 years, I worked with IT services companies and am currently working for a French IT services company in engineering R&D for industrial hardware products and software IT application development for the North American region.
As Mahatma Gandhiji said, “The future of India lies in its villages.” I am keen to work for education enhancement in the rural part of India and am so privileged to be part of the REAT team.
